You can make free returns within 7 days from the date of receipt for products ordered at Toan Nhat Tin.
The return and exchange process is done when the package is returned to Toan Nhat Tin's warehouse. We will take the next steps to check product quality and conduct exchange/return or refund at your request.
2. Conditions of return and exchange
The product is in perfect condition with no signs of being used.
The product is still in its original stamp, label, and packaging (unless the product is defective or damaged during transportation).

Toan Nhat Tin encourages customers to check the external condition of the box and product before making payment to ensure that the goods are delivered with the correct type, quantity, color according to the order and the condition inside. outside unaffected (broken/scratched). When you have problems with products ordered at Toan Nhat Tin, please take the following steps:

Step 3: Within 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods, if the product you purchased is confirmed from the product warranty department that the product is technically defective, you will be resolved to exchange it in accordance with the regulations. of the company.
