Warranty

Section 1: Warranty coverage
Applies to all customers purchasing products distributed by TOAN NHAT TIN CO., LTD (TNT) directly or indirectly through agents including within Vietnam and overseas.

Section 2: Warranty period
All TNT products distributed will be warranted for 12 months, counting from the 1st day of the next month of the month indicated on the warranty stamp or based on the date on the purchase invoice. Except for specific special product groups longer warranty period will apply.

Section 3: Warranty conditions
+ Products provided by TNT are still within the warranty period in section 2.

+ Products damaged due to technical errors in the production process.

+ Product is intact, not dented, broken.

+ The serial number or stamp on the product is not lost, obscured, erased or changed unidentified.

Section 4: Cases not covered by warranty
Products will not be warranted in the following cases:

+ Products that are outside the warranty conditions in section 3.

+ Products damaged by natural disasters such as:

Lightning strikes damage high voltage protective components.
Rain leaks, floods wet the equipment.
Fire burns equipment.
Damaged by insects or animals.

+ The product is on fire at the source.

+ Products damaged due to misuse are outside the device's manual.

The product is damaged due to incorrect installation and operation.

+ The product is damaged due to the quality of the customer's power supply.

+ The product is damaged due to tolerances of voltage or current levels specified in the equipment manual.

+ The product is damaged due to being installed in a harsh environment outside the threshold specified in the device's manual.

Section 5: Warranty method
GENERAL METHODS:

Step 1: Customers bring defective products to TNT's authorized repair center for warranty claim.

Step 2: The warranty center will check and respond to product defects for customers within 24 hours from the time of receiving the warranty product.

Step 3:

+ In case the product is accepted for warranty, TNT will return the warranty product to the customer (including 100% replacement or replacement of parts). Shipping costs to the customer's office are borne by TNT.

+ In the event that the product is denied warranty due to a violation in section 4, TNT will return the defective product to the customer. Shipping costs are borne by the customer.

PRIVATE METHOD:

This method applies to common items listed in the Appendix.

This method is applicable in special cases, such as the customer's equipment is in the process of operating a production line, can not stop affecting production.

Step 1: Customer informs TNT's customer service department.

Step 2: TNT does procedures for customers to borrow products with the same or equivalent product code as the defective product.

Step 3: TNT ships the goods to the customer according to the sales policy so that the customer can replace the defective product by themselves.

Step 4: After the customer receives the loaned product, the customer is responsible for sending the defective product to an authorized TNT repair center within 7 days to claim the warranty. If after 7 days, TNT has not received the defective product, it is considered that the customer agrees to buy the loaned product.

Step 5: The warranty center will check and respond to product defects for customers within 24 working hours from the time of receiving the warranty product.

Step 6:

+ In case the product is accepted for warranty, TNT will be responsible for returning the warranty product to the customer (including 100% replacement or replacement of parts). At the same time, the customer will be responsible for returning the previously lent product to TNT.

+ In case the product is denied warranty due to violation in section 4, TNT will be responsible for returning the defective product to the customer (if requested by the customer). At the same time, the customer will be responsible for returning the previously lent product to TNT.

Section 6: One-to-one policy within 7 days
All goods purchased at TNT will be applied one-for-one policy within 7 days with conditions.

+ Products that satisfy the conditions in item 3.

+ Goods are still in their original condition.

+ The box is not dented.

The product is not scratched or damaged.

+ Full accessories, accompanying documents.
